Cancellation Policy

1.    Schedule Changes and Cancellations - Private Class     •    Schedule changes or cancellations can be made without a session deduction if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the class.     •    For requests made between 24 hours and 12 hours prior, rescheduling or cancellation is possible upon payment of a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of a single session price.     •    Any changes or cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in a session deduction, with no exceptions.  - Public Group Class   •    Changes or cancellations are allowed only 24 hours in advance. Any changes or cancellations made after this time will result in a session deduction without exceptions. 2.   Session Validity Periods - Private Class     •    10 sessions must be used within 3 months.     •    20 sessions must be used within 5 months.     •    30 sessions must be used within 7 months.     •    A 1-month pause (1-month extension of expiry date) is allowed per package, provided a contract pause form is submitted before the validity period expires. Pause requests are limited to one time per package. - Public Group Class •    Public group classes are valid for 40 days from the purchase date.     •    Sessions with expired validity periods cannot be used or refunded. 3.    Expiry date Extension Fees     •    Extensions beyond the validity period incur additional fees:     •    -Per day: $5     •    -Per week: $20     •    -Per month: $50     •    *Free extensions are provided for the following situations:     •    Pregnancy, childbirth, or immediate family member’s death: 3 months extension.     •    Accidents or injuries: Free extension for the duration stated in a doctor’s note, which must specify the period the client cannot participate in Pilates.
